HR Support Specialist with French

The PPSC acronym stands for the People Pulse Support Center, a department that provides support for internal employees on HR (People Operations) related topics. As a HR Support Specialist with French, you will assist our employees in France and their managers with the data administration and maintenance in the HR systems for the processes related to the employee lifecycle and compensation, including employee documentation creation. You will learn the information related to HR policies and HR data processing and you will be in touch with the local People Operations team and the stakeholders. Once you learn the necessary processes, you will have the opportunity to participate in different projects and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with the customers (our PPG colleagues) via phone, chat or ticket and navigate them in HR systems, assist with questions about HR policies and relevant government regulations
  • Create and update documentation for employees and cooperate with the local HR teams
  • Process different employee events in Workday (e.g. new hires, movements, promotions, contract changes, pay changes, leaves, terminations etc.)
  • Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
  • Maintain employee files and records to meet defined requirements
  • Cooperate with team members and support them in solving daily challenges
  • Continuously improve HR related processes and participate in projects
  • Create and update process-related documentation in the language of the supported country


Qualifications
  • Full professional fluency in English and French
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Customer service attitude (experience in customer service with a focus on direct customer contact and data administration is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, focus on solution
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and proactivity
  • Experience with ticketing tools or Workday is advantage
