Agent Database Administrator - French Speaker

Better requires process, discipline and simplification

You’ll use your outstanding data skills to review Agent enrolment documents for completeness and accuracy according to the validation rules provided by the money service license holder. You’ll provide back office support to both Sales people on the field and other WU departments. You’ll ensure a timely and accurate system set up, submit and implement changes like consumer prices, and agent messaging.  We’ll look to you to handle and resolve complex escalations from business partners and teammates, create Ad Hoc reports for business partners, senior management and/or other departments. You’ll participate in cross functional project teams as subject matter expert and support your team leader in managerial and administrative tasks.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • University/College degree preferred
  • Fluency in English and French (B2)
  • Additional foreign language would be considered as an advantage

  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures and deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills

  • General IT literacy
  • Knowledge of AS400, WUAMS, Sales Force and/or SharePoint databases

Annual base salary gross: 12,174 – 17,969 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
