Are you a team player? French speaking Team leader for customer service department in Tallinn!

Are you positive, outgoing and gets excited by the thought of exploring a new city? Are you looking for the next step in your career? On behalf of our client in Tallinn, Lingocruit is now recruiting a French speaking Team leader for their customer service department. Our client is one of the fastest growing startups in the world with over 30million happy customers in over 30 countries around the world. They are operating through a platform that connects users with cars, motorcycles, scooter sharing, and other transportation methods to move around in cities. Situations you’ll find yourself in daily Your team leading role will include mentor and support the training for of new customer service employees. You will lead by example and promote the company values and of course support and teach your team to achieve targets and maintain excellent customer service for your customers. Other tasks
  • Manage inbound and outbound support volumes across all channels to secure and obtain agreed service levels
  • Arrange and review the scheduling activities for your team.
You’re a good fit for the job if you are
  • French native and excellent English language skills
  • Experienced within customer service and used to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Service oriented and got great interpersonal skills
  • Used to multi-tasking and
  • Always ready to put customers first, be passionate about helping others
  • Friendly and a positive team player

  • Strong communicator and problem solver
