Customer or Technical Support Specialist with French

On behalf of our client, a big BPO company in Sofia, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Customer or Technical Support Specialist with French.   Are you keen on technology? Our international client provides both Customer and Technical Support via phone, chat and remote sessions. IF YOU HAVE:
  • Very good level of French
  • Good level of English
  • Basic technical knowledge and ability to multitask
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way
  • Very good communication and customer service skills
