We are currently looking to recruit for a EWIS PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
(m/f) at our location in Hennigsdorf
Consolidate the project scheduling for all projects within RoQ EWIS product families located in Henningsdorf.
Monitoring of KPIs to ensure Quality, Time, Cost (Q/T/C) targets are met. Implement method of KPI measurement and resource usage as well as identification of schedule risks.
Your tasks
- Set up of project plans for new projects and agree baseline milestones internally and with other business units (Harmonization).
- Establish plans for Hour bookings, Project execution, including change packages and BT internal / External (BCE) work packages
- Provide preliminary plans for bid projects with workload estimations up to project completion
- Provide data of Key value parameters (KPIs) to allow continuous monitoring of Q/T/C status versus targets at Project and Product Family level.
- Support EWIS Product family PdM’S (Product Development Managers) by timely identification and escalation of critical patch issues.
- Provide workload planning overviews on Project and Product Family Level to enable optimized resource allocation.
- Create Project burndown charts to reflect project progress vs. hours expenditure.
- Support of EWIS PMO to provide input to overall EWIS business reports.
- Contribution within the Product Development team to continuous improvements of the Planning process.
- Provide proposals for schedule improvement to ensure Q/T/C targets within the respective projects.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Work experience of minimum 1-2 years in Project Management regarding Project execution
- Basic economic understanding of project execution, preferred railway business knowledge
- Knowledge of planning tools, like Primavera P6 (preferred), or MS Project, and standard MS business suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- He/She has worked in multi-functional organization
- English and German language skills are mandatory. French language skill is advantage.
