On behalf of a global technology company aiming to deliver innovative technology solutions built around Digital, IoT, Cloud, Automation, Cybersecurity, Analytics, Infrastructure Management, and Engineering Services, we are looking for financial assistant to join their amazing team.
The position is based in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!
- Collecting financial data for invoice preparation;
- Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner;
- Account administration, reconciliation and account analysis;
- Build incoming payments forecasts on receivables ratio;
- Manage the resolution of Partner/ Customer queries;
- Resolve ad hoc requests regarding billing or collection process.
You would be the perfect match if you fit the following requirements:
- Work permit for Europe;
- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English;
- Experience in a finance-related role or customer interaction roles;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
