Are you passionate about fashion and you would like to combine your language skills with the experience of working abroad? Then join our international team and help our customers receive the best service possible! Our client is a global fashion brand, focussing on the production of luxurious products. Right now, they are expanding their French team and are searching for motivated Brand Ambassadors, who would like to work in the heart of beautiful Prague. You would be greeting and assisting customers via mail, chat and phone and providing professional services and information about the wide range of products of the company. If you are passionate about service and your strengths lie within communication, patience, and empathy, then you are the one we are searching for! The ideal candidate
  • Speaks and writes fluent French and English
  • Has a passion for helping people and loves travelling
  • Has a strong solution-oriented attitude
  • Wants to be a part of a multicultural team
  • Has previous experience with customer service, for example from hospitality, tourism or similar
