French Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities The French customer experience specialist in this role will have to:
  • act as a liaison between the french market and the company
  • provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that the customer might face with accuracy and efficiency
  • ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy
  • be able to liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer technical issues
  • solidify, maintain and sustain customer relations through customer service and technical support
Requirements The ideal French customer experience specialist should be:
  • fluent in French, among with excellent oral and written skills in English
  • genuinely excited to help customers
  • patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
  • able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
  • problem-solving oriented
  • able to type quickly and without mistakes
