French speaking Customer Service Agent needed in beautiful Lisbon

On behalf of our client, Lingocruit is now recruiting French speaking customer service agents to Lisbon. Our client is a world leading service provider cooperating with well known companies across the world delivering competent and well trained personnel to their customer service departments. They are now strengthening their French team with new colleagues. Good internal possibilities for career development and a cheerful team of colleagues from all over the world. Can you think of a more dynamic environment to work in? As a Customer Service agent your role is to take care of French speaking customers questions and/or problems. You will help the customer through incoming calls, email and chat. Introductory training is included! We are looking for you who
  • Speak and write fluent French
  • Good level of English
  • Is service oriented
