French-speaking Customer Service/Sales Advisor

The Customer Service/Sales Advisor role is an integral part of our client’s goals to deploy their products and services, renew subscriptions, while educating and nurturing their customers, strengthening the customer relationship along the way. About the role As a customer service/sales advisor, you’ll create and nurture a relationship with the customer, through actively contacting existing customers during their subscription year to renew their software licence and help them to adopt their solution with ease. We’re looking for you to optimize the customers’ product experience and guide them to internal support teams. Who we are looking for
  • We’re looking for you to have proven customer service experience (a minimum of 6 months)
  • You’ll be speaking with customers in France, so you’ll have proven professional language skills and have the ability to develop relationships with your customers.
  • You’ll have proven experience of working in developing relationships with customers and ensuring your customers are getting the most out of their service or product
  • We’re looking for you to have proven excellent communication skills and the ability to provide customers with a truly partnering approach.
What we’ll give you
  • £8.65 per hour then rising to £9.38 following probation plus bonus.
