French speaking Service and Sales Advisor

Are you ready to take on your next challenge in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria? We are looking for fluent French speakers with a good command of English who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client – an outsourcing partner - and is based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking! As a Service and Sales Advisor you will represent a food provider who sells and delivers frozen food to their customers. You receive incoming queries via phone, email and text message service, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner.  Processing orders, upselling, scheduling delivery times and administration is part of your daily tasks and responsibilities.  Besides this you will also conduct outbound calls to your regular customers to assist them with their orders. We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French
  • Commercially focussed
  • Driven by targets
  • Flexible
  • Computer literate
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
Full paid training will be provided. There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes initial flight to Sofia, few days hotel on arrival and assistance with finding your own accommodation.
