Our client is a global leader within the hospitality industry offering unique and meaningful experiences in over 4500 hotels, resorts and residences across 100 countries. - Operating towards the French market using phone, email and chat services assisting customers.
- Handle customer request for information and assistance with the company’s market place platform.
- Inbound and Outbound activity.
We are looking for you who
- Speak and write fluent French
- Good level of English
- Has previous experience within the tourism industry and market place assistance
- Is service oriented

The salary is set for €830/month + bonus and meal allowance. Keep in mind the lower costs of living, the average national monthly income in Portugal is €925 and prices are tailored towards that. You can rent an apartment in Lisbon for around €250-500.
