Inside Sales Internship (f/m/d) - High Velocity Sales - French Speaking

Do you want to change the way we create our new interconnected world? Are you passionate to drive the future of innovation? If you’re curious, collaborative and motivated, then PTC is looking for you! Day-To-Day: The internship period will be primarily aimed to ensure the practical application of University Learning. The intern will be assigned to the Inside Sales department, supporting the research, collection and analysis of data on customers and prospects. Moreover, she will support the Inside Sales team in qualifying and following customers (without any final responsibility). The intern will have the opportunity to deepen all aspects related to the Inside Sales activities within a multinational software company.
  • Help to build and maintain direct relationships with customers, taking responsibility for their satisfaction of PTC solutions
  • Support to work closely with the PTC sales ecosystem to cover and support current business needs
  • Help to follow up on marketing leads and invite customers to webcasts, live events and similar activities to develop business

Your Skills and Knowledge:
  • Degree educated and currently enrolled as a student
  • Minimum 6-months internship
  • First experience handling customers on the phone (customer support, telemarketing / inside sales)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and good relationship building capabilities
  • High-energy, committed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on reaching targets
  • Fluent in French and fluent in English
  • Preferably already living or willing to move in Barcelona
