You should; Manage the area Renewals Sales Specialists team in a player-coach role. Have direct renewal sales responsibility for a specific customer or geographic segment within the area. Ensure timely and accurate renewals bookings forecasts for an area and its regions, Keep track on the status of area’s top renewal opportunities, Analyze reports and metrics to review performance for territory and individual sales specialists, Ensure alignment and collaboration with sales regions through a formalized cadence of joint planning meetings and business reviews, Establish and grows key relationships with local channel partners, Serve as the subject matter expert on the process and best practices of Renewals Sales for the area, Provide input for the development of programs, strategies, and techniques necessary for achieving renewal sales targets, Leverage KPIs to measure team success and sets quarterly and annual performance targets for the team, Manage and prioritizes staffing and resource allocation for the area.
You should ; Have a bachelor degree or equivalent, Be 3+ years of inside sales or telesales management experience preferably in the Information Technology industry, Be a French native with advanced English, Have a good level of communication skills both verbal and written, Customer service-oriented, Be collaborative, Have some experience leading telesales resources, Have an ability to multi-task,
