Internal Communication Specialist with French

Orange  Services, IT shared services company fully owned by Orange Romania, is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to support its Corporate Communication team and the Group Sourcing & Supply Chain department to execute the Internal communication plan. What you'll be doing:
  • produce content (articles, editorials, interviews, etc.) in French and English for internal communication channels such as the Orange Group's social network enterprise platform - Plazza, intranet websites, Newsletters, etc.
  • build impactful and appealing PowerPoint presentations (in line With the Orange brand's guidelines), as well as infographics and newsletters
  • animate Plazza communities (audience: Orange employees from more than 30 countries)
  • create short videos to promote Orange Services teams' activities and achievements
  • provide administrative and communication support (draft speeches and written messages) to the company's top management and HR team
  • document and write abstracts of relevant white papers/articles
Expected Knowledge, skills & experience
  • Higher education degree (Communication/Journalism/PR degree is a Plus)
  • Fluency in both French & English
  • Very good written communication & summarizing skills
  • Results driven, able to deliver fast and accurately, focus on
