MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (GUEST RELATIONS) - French speaking

  • Work in different departments to gain perspective, including customer services.
  • Oversee established guest relation tools, notably Trust You.
  • Focus on pure guest relation by implementing actions in order to attain the assigned guest relation targets.
  • Work with and through management to develop and implement actions to ensure lasting customer improvement methods.
  • Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage guest relation situations.
  • Oversee all other management assignment throughout the internship.
  • Reporting directly to the Operations Manager assisting Front Office Manager in the overall day to day operations.
  • As a representative of Senior Management, the trainee will be called upon to deal with guest problems and/or complaints.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor / Licence in the area of hospitality
