Order Support Representative with French language knowledge

  • Have you already had experience in customer service?
  • Are you customer focused?
  • Are you communicative and able to approach people openly?
  • Do you keep a cool head even in high pressure?

The main task will be to place French orders following pre-defined procedures (BackOffice job) and meet cut-off times and service level agreements. That’s why we’re looking for people who enjoy to:
