Our Global Procurement Centre in Cluj, Romania is part of the Global Supply Chain/Strategic Procurement department, providing excellent service for the organization across different commodities: Indirect Goods and Services (IGS), Product Related (PR) and Information Systems (IS). For our Global Procurement Center based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for: Procurement Internship with French Your role: Manages the demand and request process in our ERP system (SAP) in line with the global Procurement processes including Purchase Order (PO) placement, supply changes, supplier payment and documentation. Responsabilities: - Validate Purchase Requisitions - Give feedback to the purchase requestors in case of wrongly submitted requests - Create and release Purchase Orders - Manage the changes that could occur in the Purchase Orders before the validation of the buyers - Support suppliers/internal customers in case of procurement queries - Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issues - Follow up with the supplier for the order ack - Apply best practices based on sharing with peers and Procurement organisation - Develop professionalism by learning business practices in Procurement - Develop working knowledge on processes and tools Qualifications - Business or Economic studies - Intermediate communication skills in English and French (preffered) - Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise Why work for us?
