Senior QA Consultant (m/f/x) - French speaking

For our EU headquarter in Berlin, we are now looking for a French-speaking: Senior QA Consultant (m/f/x)
Your responsibilities:
- Hold the overall responsibility for QA-related topics for a major francophone Swiss customer of ours
- Define and maintain the test plan (test-strategy, test-types, testing cadence, definition of done, metrics) and own testing-related KPIs
- Consult on tools used during the SDLC
- Work with a remote team of freelance Test Engineers and QA Testers within our uTest community to tackle operational testing preparation and execution
- Run trainings & workshops for QA-related topics and provide feedback to improve the quality of work delivered by the team (e.g. test case creation)
- Ensure that all identified issues are well documented, assigned to the right people and followed-up where needed
- Ensure the team meets the set timelines as well as overall metrics while staying within the agreed scope upon service level agreements
- The main point of interaction and/or escalation for the internal account owner, customer and customer agencies for all testing-related items
- Moderate Meetings (e.g. Go-no-go meeting) and actively participate in development meetings (e.g. sprint planning) to represent QA
- Travel to Paris 2-3 times a month to align with the customer and their agencies
Your background:
- You hold a university degree, preferably in IT, (Software) Engineering or a related field.
- At least three years of experience as a QA Consultant, Test Manager, Senior Product Owner, Project Manager or Operations Manager for mobile applications, web products or a SaaS solution
- Experienced in leading teams – previous experience with remote teams is a plus.
- Good technical and business understanding and a strong interest in website development – having worked in e-commerce is a plus
- Good knowledge of most common tools used in software development (e.g. Jira, Confluence, bamboo, solr, SoapUI, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Excellent problem solving skills and customer orientation
- Above-average commitment, quick learner and ability to work independently
- You are fluent in English and French
