Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We are looking for a specialist who will conduct AML Compliance reviews on prospective agents who are applying to offer Western Unions services. You will be responsible for making sure the perspective agent will follow the AML compliance rules and responsibilities, and provide the training over the phone on the identified knowledge gaps. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing existing agent history, making sure a compliance review has been conducted on the agent in question. With your continuous feedback you will assist in providing improvement to our compliance processes at Western Union.

- University degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fluent in French and high proficiency in English

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
