Better requires process, discipline, and simplification We are looking for a specialist who will conduct AML Compliance reviews on prospective agents who are applying to offer Western Unions services. You will be responsible for making sure the perspective agent will follow the AML compliance rules and responsibilities, and provide the training over the phone on the identified knowledge gaps. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing existing agent history, making sure a compliance review has been conducted on the agent in question. With your continuous feedback you will assist in providing improvement to our compliance processes at Western Union. Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications essential for this position:
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Analytically minded and problem-solving
  • Strong decision-making skills and sense of responsibility
  • Customer oriented in your approach and proactive in mentality
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing processes
  • Good time management
  • Fluent in French and high proficiency in English
