Ability to adept communication style accordingly Support Recruiters in manager briefings Commit to producing quality shortlists which further the company’s diversity agenda Manage all candidates through the ATS Provide periods of holiday cover for Recruitment Business Partners across the region Actively explore and inform the business of relevant market trends MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience Recruitment experience either from an inhouse or agency setting (3 years min) Good IT skills Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels, tools and strategies Excellent communication style Previous experience of using ATSs End to end recruiting experience with particular focus on sourcing French and English, with additional languages seen as a benefit (Spanish, Dutch, German…) Ability to work to timelines across multiple requisitions and projects Competencies Team orientated Can do, see it-fix it attitude Proactive Self-starter Ability to work remotely, but collaboratively Highly system compliant Excellent IT Highly organized High standard of written and spoken English is essential Strong communicator internally and externally with the ability to speak to a full matrix of candidates
We are currently recruiting for a Sourcing Specialist to support the European Talent Acquisition team.
The Sourcing specialist will drive all aspects of candidate sourcing and candidate generation for specific positions. They will define and launches innovative strategies to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, source passive candidates with desired profiles and gets involved in the screening of candidates in order to create quality slates of candidates matching job requirements. They will work on a full matrix of roles from technical skillsets to corporate profiles and will proactively establish market knowledge and awareness of feeder channels for target talent. They will have experience gained from internal or external recruitment environments and excellent working knowledge of recruiting tools such as linked in recruiter and relevant job boards. The sourcer will be involved in market mapping activity to inform the business Talent strategies and fulfill proactive recruitment planning.
