Do you have a technical background/interest? Are you fluent in French (+ English) and would you like to work in the e- payments industry, providing B2B technical support in your native language? Then this is your chance. Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Benelux Tech Support team in sunny Barcelona!

As a Technical Support Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Handling first line inbound technical support requests by phone, e-mail and tickets (B2B)
  • Assisting new customers (merchants) with technical set-up of their account
  • Troubleshooting and investigating technical issues (e.g., technical set up of accounts, transaction statuses and errors, technical parameters, payment pages, errors related to product integrations)
  • Ensuring continuity of the merchant business by responding quickly and correctly
  • Providing additional product information
  • Maintaining a strong customer relationship

What you also need

  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Native level of French or Dutch (written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of work experience in technical support/customer service in a technical environment
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with HTML, SQL, logs, Java, web design, coding, programming, etc.
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
  • A technical degree and experience in e-payments / e-commerce / a financial institution are a plus
