French Speaking Order Delivery Manager

We provide customers with a simple and easy way to order internet access anywhere with managed service delivery along with centralized billing and support. Our unique capabilities enable us to deliver business-grade connectivity at the best price for any location, wherever in the world it may be. For our business market in the French speaking countries in Europe, we are now looking to expand our team with an Order Delivery Manager, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Your opportunity As an Order Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Delivery & Procurement team Europe, who is responsible for the full pre-sales cycle including quotation, service portfolio management and provisioning of orders. You will be the commercial interface to both our customers and our local internet service providers (ISPs) in your region for handling incoming quotation requests, verifying service availability with our providers, managing our product portfolio, pricing and service specifications and ensuring a smooth provisioning of the by our customer ordered services. Your primary tasks will be to
  • Maintain relationships with the internet service providers in your region, update GIN service portfolio in terms of pricing, SLA, and inter service technologies
  • Translate services and proposals of internet access providers into proposals for our standard services
  •  Manage and respond to incoming quote requests for internet services and update the system accordingly
  •  Validate and implement orders; making sure all stakeholders are updated in a timely manner throughout the process
  •  Administrate all correspondence with customers and providers
  •  Act as a main point of contact for any supplier related issues within your region

Requirements

  • Completed college or higher-level education
  • French and English language is a must.
  • Basic knowledge and interest in Internet Access services worldwide
  • Good knowledge of excel is a plus
  • Ability to understand, and work in, a very international and multicultural environment
  • Ability to prioritize with tight deadlines
  • Accurate and well organised, persistent, quality driven
  • Customer focused and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
