The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center is an international multicultural organization and an integrated part of Daimler’s Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales. The CAC offers two different types of customer service for Mercedes-customers in France. The departments are blended which means you will be providing all services to our customers.
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of AT&T for the millions of customers using our U-verse and DirecTV services – a premiere bundle of advanced TV services, high speed internet, and digital home phone. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience on everything from general billing and service inquiries to troubleshooting and scheduling repairs.
