Ci2C Collection Trainee - French speaker

Main responsibilities
Our new team member will be responsible for delivering collection support services for the GBS Ci2C Collection Team
Collection management support services
- Prepare and review AR ageing reports
- Perform collection & dunning in Ci2C tools
- Download and forward invoice copies, statement of account to customers
- Complete ad hoc admin tasks to the Collection Team and Team Leader
Continuous improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
About you
Skills:
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Attentive to customer needs and feedback
- Strong deductive and analytical skills
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus
Education:
- Ongoing university studies (active student status for min 1 year)
Languages:
- Fluent in English and French (C1 level required)
Availability:
- Min 25-30 hours/week
