Deal Support Associate with English and French (part-time, DPC)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS The position is assigned to the ‘‘Shared Delivery Contracting” team which is responsible for providing the commercial and legal support to mainly EMEA and MEE Regions from the Shared Service Centre Infrastructure. The team evaluates, approves and overseas sales quotations, commercial calculations and contracts for all the region.  In addition, the team monitors policies and SOP executions, and constantly migrates task from local commercial market units. It is expected for the position to assist in the following tasks:
  • Contract drafting and execution
  • Capacity to track and report volume and approval figures
  • Provide basic commercial calculations to the local teams
  • Assist and draft test trials and non-disclosure agreements
  • Provide assistance and communicate with business operations
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • University Student or a graduate: background in Finance, Legal or Accounting is preferred
  • Excel and accounting expertise is a big plus
  • Languages: fluent in English and French
  • Proactive and social personality,  ability to work in a team
  • Customer service experience is a plus (the same applies to work and travel / foreign exchange experiences)
