European Telesales Executive (French Speaking)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a European Telesales Executive to join our growing team based in Norfolk. Operating as the first point of contact for the territory, whilst generating new business leads for large fleets and Service Partners (truck parks & truck washes), the successful role holder will generate new business through a healthy pipeline with leads provided centrally. The successful candidate will develop and nurture relationships with key customer accounts and prospects whilst introducing the field-based team of Business Development Managers to the right opportunities within their territories

Job responsibilities will include:
  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase relevant company products and services
  • Generating promising leads for the European Sales Manager to pursue
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Continually meeting or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and targeted sales enquiries
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with providers of secure truck parking, truck washing, and other appropriate road services
  • Establish and maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty customer retainment

Other skills and experience:
  • Build effective relationships with teams throughout the business and the wider Group, always maintaining positive and productive connections
  • Always adopt a collaborative and friendly approach to your colleagues
  • Foster and develop positive partnerships with the SNAP Account wider partnership network
  • GCSE Maths and English (or similar in relevant European country / state)
  • Fluent in-country language including English in both written and verbal communication form
  • Willingness to progress through company financial sponsored Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accredited training is advantageous
  • Proven experience working as a telesales executive
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to follow sales elevator pitches
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
