We are offering customer support position for one of the largest sellers of car parts online in Europe. The company stocks car parts for more than 50 different brands of vehicles. This includes Audi, BMW, Citroen, Fiat, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Peugeot and many more.
- Support clients via phone and/or email
- Provide information and resolutions upon client request
- Identify and assess needs to enhance the client experience
- To be fluent in French and to have very good English language
- Enjoy communication with people and resolve cases
