Key Tasks:
- Reports directly to and communicates with the General Manager on all administrative and operation matters.
- Improve the service quality and our guest satisfaction.
- To resolve guest’s various needs through close coordination within the concerned departments.
- Know the Police and Procedure of the hotel. Assist every department daily operation and service.
- Listen and solve the problems or complains form the guests especially for the foreign guests.
- Take ownership of any guest complaint and use techniques to ensure the guest is satisfied.
- Report any incidents as they occur according to the hotel policies and procedures.
- Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.
- Assist hotel to hold the English training for all talents in our hotel.
Skills:
- Level of Education: Bachelor / Licence
- Areas of study: Hospitality Management
- Fluent in English and French.
- 1 years work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
